｢やっぱり、ヒーローよりも怪獣や怪人の方が好きだなぁ。｣

　

　

幼い頃から怪獣や怪人が大好きで、毎日のように妄想に耽っていた。

　

実際には存在するわけがなく、イメージできるのはもちろん自分だけ。

　

他の人にもほとんど話すことはなく、淡々とした日々を過ごしていた。

　

　

　

　I still prefer monsters and monstrosities to heroes.

　

　

Ever since I was a child, I loved monsters and monstrous creatures, and I indulged my fantasies on a daily basis.

　

There is no way it actually exists, and of course I am the only one who can imagine it.

　

I had little to say to anyone else, and I spent my days in an indifferent manner.

ところがそんなある日。

　

朝起きていつものように体を起こすと何か様子が変だった。

　

　

One day, however.

　

When I woke up in the morning and got myself out of bed as usual, something was wrong.

自分の頭上から小さな話し声がずっと聞こえるのである。

　

家族の声ではなく、初めて聞く声。

　

声は他の人には聞こえておらず、自分にしか聞こえていないようだった。

　

家族と目を合わせてみても、普段通りの反応で気にしていない様子。

　

だが不思議に思って鏡を見てみると、頭上に丸い球体が浮かんでいた。

　

　

　

I could hear a small talking voice above me all the time.

　

It was not the voice of a family member, but the first I had ever heard.

　

The voices were not heard by others, only by me, it seemed.

　

When I made eye contact with the family, they reacted as usual and did not seem bothered.

　

But when I looked in the mirror in wonder, I saw a round sphere floating above my head.

信じがたいが、浮かんでいる球体は自分が今まで妄想してきた ｢なめっこ星｣ にそっくりだった。

　

頭の周りをゆっくり回転し、淡い光を放っている。

　

しかも、よく見ると球体に小さい生き物が沢山立っていた。

　

‥まさか、これは自分が考えた｢なめっこ星人｣なのだろうか？

　

　

　

It was hard to believe, but the floating sphere looked just like the “namekko planet” I had been fantasizing about.

　

It is spinning slowly around my head, emitting a pale light.

　

Moreover, when I looked closely, I saw many small creatures standing on the sphere.

　

No way, my idea of “Namekkoseijin”?

他の人に話しても信じてもらえないが

　

この日から、なめっこ星人と自分の不思議な生活が始まったのである。

　

少し気にはなるが、頭上で自転しているだけなら問題ないと思っていた。

　

むしろ、自分が考えた世界が頭上にあることが新鮮で、嬉しくもあった。

　

しかし、なめっこ星人は降りてきて、自分に取り憑くのが少し厄介である。

　

取り憑いた星人の影響で、自分の思想や行動が少なからず変化し始めた‥

　

　

　

I could tell others about it, but they wouldn’t believe me.

　

But from that day on, Namekkoseijin and I began our strange life together.

　

I was a little concerned, but thought that if it was just spinning overhead, it would not be a problem.

　

Rather, I was happy to see the world I had conceived of over my head, which was new to me.

　

However, Namekkoseijin is a little tricky to come down from the Namekkoseijin planet and possess me.

　

Under the influence of the possessed Namekkoseijin, my thoughts and actions began to change in no small way.

‥というわけで、

　

イラストを描いたので、以前Yahoo! ブログに書いていた｢なめっこ星人の始まりのストーリー｣と合わせてみました☆ （文章は移行するにあたって、最初に書いたものを少し編集しています。）

　

完全に漫画っぽくしてしまうと想像が広がりにくくなりそうだったので、イラスト＋文章にしています。

　

　

今回登場したのはラブを司る二つ眼のなめっこ星人で、名前は｢ラブミー｣。

　

生物が本来持っている｢愛する心｣に働きかけることによって、世の中を少しずつ平和へ導いていこうと考えているなめっこ星人です。

　

LINEスタンプで既に公になっているキャラなので、見たことがある人もいるかもしれませんね。

　

　

やっと少し繋がりが描けたかな～‥。
