ブラックチョコレートをホワイトチョコレートに置き換えて作ったらどうなるのかな…?
そんな興味から作ったレシピ。
ホワイトチョコレートを使うことで、他にお砂糖や油脂を加えなくても美味しいケーキになります。
1からお店の味を目指して作るのであれば材料や調理工程などにもっと工夫が必要になりますが、なるべく多くの人が作りやすく親しみを持てるようなレシピにしています。
完璧を求めるのではなく、食べる人に合わせて臨機応変に家庭で作れるものを、今後も発信していきたいなと考えています。
What would happen if I replaced black chocolate with white chocolate?
This recipe was created out of a bit of curiosity.
By using white chocolate, you can make a delicious cake without adding any other sugar or oil.
If I wanted to make a cake that tastes like a store cake from scratch, I would have to be more creative with the ingredients and cooking process, but I have tried to make this recipe so that it is easy to make and familiar to as many people as possible.
I would like to continue to offer recipes that can be made at home in a flexible manner to suit the taste of the people who eat them, rather than seeking perfection.
