海外でどのような卵が販売されているのかを実際に確認することは難しいですが、日本の養鶏の現状や、販売されている卵についてを英語でも書いてみました。
普段よく見るありふれた食材だからこそ、日本を問わず多くの人に読んでいただきたい。
そして、少しでも何かを考えるきっかけになれば幸いです。
Although it is difficult to actually check what kind of eggs are sold overseas, I have tried to write about the current state of poultry farming in Japan and the eggs being sold in English as well.
I hope that many people, regardless of their nationality, will read this article because it is a common foodstuff that we often see in our daily lives.
And I hope that it will trigger your thinking about something, even if only a little.
