I wrote the Japanese and English recipes for “●Bake in rice cooker☆Super easy apple cake●”.
I have moved my recipes from Cookpad to NOTE and have updated the content significantly.

りんごの世界も奥が深い
果物の代表とも言えるりんご。
現在は産地も種類も様々です。
皆さんは普段どんなりんごを購入していますか？
味・大きさ・見た目のバリエーションはとても豊富です。
でも個人的におすすめしたくなるような環境や体に優しいりんごは、本当に少ない。
そもそも気にして購入する人がまだ少ないのかもしれません。
見た目や価格だけを見るのではなくて、もう少しりんごができるまでの背景をイメージすることができたら、実際に購入するりんごは変わってくると思います。
そして売れ行きが変化すれば、生産者の意識や生産方法も少しずつ変わっていきます。
私は自分が食べるだけではなくて、なるべく育てる人の健康や未来の子供達の環境もより良くしていきたいと考えています。
今回書いているのはレシピですが、レシピを通してそんな想いも少し伝われば幸いです。
The world of apples is also deep.
The apple is a representative fruit.
Nowadays, apples come in a wide variety of regions and types.
What kind of apples do you usually buy?
There are so many variations in taste, size, and appearance.
But there are really few apples that are friendly to the environment and health that I would like to personally recommend.
Perhaps not enough people still care about it and buy them in the first place.
If people could imagine a little more of the background behind the production of apples, rather than just looking at appearance and price, I think the apples they actually buy would change.
And if sales change, farmers’ awareness and cultivation methods will also gradually change.
I want to improve not only my own food, but also the health of the people who grow the apples and the environment for future generations.
What I am writing here is a recipe, but I hope to convey some of these thoughts through the recipe.
